These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Maid In Florida Cleaning Services in Saint Petersburg, FL and the surrounding Tampa Bay area.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are based on the property details you provide. If the space differs significantly on arrival, we will contact you before adjusting the price or scope.

Scheduling & Access

Please make sure our team can access the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot get in, a lockout fee may apply.

Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel so we can offer the slot to another client.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If anything is missed, tell us within 24 hours of your clean and we will return to make it right at no charge.

Liability

We are licensed and insured. Please secure fragile, valuable or irreplaceable items before your appointment.
